Terms of Service

1. Accounts

• Give accurate details when you register and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account; tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
• A business owner is responsible for the team members they invite and the access they give them.
• Customers can book without an account. If you create one, it is used to show and manage your bookings.

2. Businesses using PangaSlot

• You are responsible for your services, prices, opening hours and the appointments you accept, and for honouring the bookings you confirm.
• You must have the right to offer what you list, and you must not use PangaSlot for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
• You control the personal data of your customers that PangaSlot stores for you. Use it only for your relationship with those customers and in line with Rwanda’s data protection law (Law No. 058/2021). If you send promotional messages, you must have the customer’s consent.
• Customer payments for your services are between you and your customers; PangaSlot does not take payments for your services.

3. Customers booking through PangaSlot

When you book, your booking is with the business, not with PangaSlot. The business decides whether to confirm it, and its own policies (for example on cancellations, lateness and payment) apply. PangaSlot sends you the emails about your booking on the business’s behalf.

4. Free trial, plans and payment

• A new business gets a free trial. Its length and limits are shown on our pricing page when you sign up and in Settings → Plan.
• After the trial, online booking continues on a paid plan. Prices are in Rwandan francs (RWF) and are paid in advance, by Mobile Money or another method we accept.
• Plans do not renew automatically: each payment covers the period shown before you pay. If a paid period ends without a new payment, online booking stays open for a short grace period and is then paused until you pay. Your data and existing bookings are kept.
• We may change our prices or plans. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.
• If you believe you were charged by mistake, contact us and we will look into it.

5. Acceptable use

Do not:

• try to access accounts, businesses or data that are not yours;
• interfere with PangaSlot, overload it, or get around its limits or security;
• use PangaSlot to send spam or to collect data about people without a lawful reason;
• make false bookings or impersonate anyone.

6. Suspension and closing an account

We may suspend a business or block an account that breaks these terms, puts other users at risk, or that we are required to suspend by law. Where we can, we will tell you why and how to fix it. You can stop using PangaSlot at any time; to close your account and have your data deleted, contact us.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep PangaSlot available and your data safe, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be free of interruptions or errors. Booking emails depend on email providers and can be delayed or filtered as spam. To the extent the law allows, PangaSlot is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or missed appointments, and our total liability to a business is limited to the amount it paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell businesses by email or in the app before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, and disputes go to the competent courts of Rwanda.
